These terms are the agreement between you and VoidPro, operated by Zsolt Szantai, London, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using VoidPro you agree to them. If you use VoidPro on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
1. What VoidPro is
VoidPro is software for recording, evidencing and handing over void property refurbishment works: importing scopes, tracking progress room by room, capturing photographs and certificates, and generating scope evidence forms and schedules. It is a tool for professionals; it does not replace your own checks, your client's requirements, or your legal and safety obligations.
2. Your account
You must give an accurate email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you believe it has been used without your permission. Accounts are for people aged 18 or over acting in a business capacity.
3. Trial and subscription
New accounts start with a free trial (currently 30 days). When the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription at the price and tier shown to you at the time. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless stated. Subscriptions are invoiced in advance; we may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, taking effect at your next renewal. If a subscription is not paid, access to the app is suspended but your data is kept for 90 days so you can renew or export it.
4. Your content
Everything you enter or upload — job records, rate books, photographs, documents — remains yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload it, for its accuracy, and for anything you send to third parties. You must not upload unlawful material or anything you have no right to share.
5. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to access other customers' data, interfere with the service, reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
6. Availability and backups
We aim to keep VoidPro available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Photographs and uploaded documents are stored on your device; keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose, and use the in-app backup regularly. We are not responsible for loss of data held only on your device.
7. Our responsibility to you
VoidPro is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. The generated documents are produced from the information you enter; you remain responsible for checking them before relying on them or sending them to a client.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using VoidPro and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing zsolti5861@me.com. We may end the agreement if you break these terms and do not put it right within 14 days of being told. On ending, your right to use the service stops; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will show a notice in the app at least 30 days before it applies. Continuing to use VoidPro after that date means you accept the new terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
